Plan terms & conditions

All starting prices are in USD and exclude third-party costs (domain, premium plugins/apps, stock assets, payment processing). Care plans apply to sites we’ve built, or to existing sites after a short compatibility check. Included edit time is per month and doesn’t roll over; larger changes are quoted separately. Support hours are Monday–Friday; the response times shown are targets, not 24/7 emergency cover unless separately agreed. Website Subscription ($0 upfront, from $299/mo) runs on a 12-month minimum term billed monthly and includes design, managed hosting, maintenance and the monthly edit time shown (fair use). While subscribed, your site is hosted and managed by us — and you can buy out and fully own it at any time for a one-time fee. After the minimum term, plans continue monthly and can be scaled or cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Cancelling a subscription before buyout ends hosting of that site.

How long does a website take?
A landing page typically takes 1–2 weeks; a business website typically takes 2–4 weeks. Timing depends on scope, content readiness, and feedback. Your proposal sets the agreed schedule.
Will my website use a template?
Our core website work is custom designed and hand-coded. Any third-party platform or integration needed for your project is agreed in the proposal.
Who owns the website?
With a one-time project, we hand over the source code after full payment. Subscription plans require a separately quoted buyout for source-code ownership; completing the minimum term does not automatically transfer ownership.
Is SEO included?
Every build includes technical SEO foundations: mobile-friendly layouts, page metadata, structured content, and performance-conscious development. Keyword research and ongoing content work can be scoped separately. Search rankings are not guaranteed.
Do you work with US businesses?
Yes. We collaborate remotely in English with businesses across the United States. Our studio is based in Budapest, Hungary. Hosting, communication, and handover arrangements are agreed for each project.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
No. One-time projects do not require a care plan. If you prefer monthly payments, website subscriptions start at $299/month with $0 upfront and a 12-month minimum commitment.
How much does a website cost?
Landing pages start at $1,500, business websites at $3,500, and online stores at $7,000 USD. We confirm scope, third-party costs, and the final project price in a written proposal.
